A Greater Sandhill Crane at Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, NM flies toward an evening roost.  Low light, a slow shutter speed and panning with the bird created this ethereal effect of motion and mystery.  Cranes are such regal birds, I feel humbled to have been able to spend a week with them at Bosque.
